Obvara incense holder -
Obvara is a 12th Century technique which uses only flour water and yeast to
"scald" the pottery when it comes out of the kiln and is still red hot. The flour burns into the surface of the clay forming the organic, natural markings.
Each incense holder is unique and varies in earthly colour.
